Q: Do I have to be referred to ATR?

A: No, a person who is interested in ATR services can refer themselves as long as they meet the criteria to become a client (please click the client information tab for more information)

Q: Do ATR dollars go directly to the client?

A: No, ATR dollars are paid to providers, not clients.

Q: What if a client wants to change their services?

A: ATR understands that in some cases a selected service might not be the best fit.  The client always has the right to request a change in services.

Q: What if I want services from a provider but they aren't on the ATR provider list?

A: ATR encourages you to talk to your provider and have them apply to be an ATR provider.  They can access an application and other information on this website.
