ATR Client Eligibility
There are four eligibility requirements in order for participants to qualify for ATR.*All four must be met
1.Must have or be recovering from a substance abuse disorder
2.Be enrolled or eligible for enrollment or of Indian descent from a federally recognized tribe or entity, or an immediate family member of someone who meets this criteria
3.Be 13 years of age or older
4.Have residency in South Dakota, North Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, or the Trenton Service Area
